Here's a guy likely there in the 5th onward if not in 7th which I love - and happens to be a place of need for improvement. Bryson Eason 6'3" 315lbs out of Tennessee I'll throw a comp out there from a stance of play you get but not the same position of course - Bryson Eason is that Isaiah McDuffie of defensive lineman in this draft. Extremely experienced (older prospect - four years as starter), does nothing bad and nothing incredibly well either. Has excellent get off the line and has for years - massively strong user of his hands for rips and swipes (club rip move) and is a violent dude truly on the field. However, crazy mature and put together guy mentally and IQ which comes across in his interviews and you hear so many people who know him bring up about him. Early on in his time in college he was winning with electric speed but wouldn't have the power to deliver when strong OL engagement would happen. He's now massively stronger in that + and paired with his strong hand techniques he's a handful along the front. He still tends to get washed out when he loses leverage discipline but I'm telling ya, he I think instantly can be a depth guy that sees a handful of snaps for a team out the gate. He's progressed nearly across all aspects of his game each year in college to so that progression signals a guy that is hungry and always learning/growing. Tentatively I have a 5th round grade on him.
