Alright....here's a guy I'll go on record for prior to measureables or anything like that start rolling in....I think this guy washes out in my Top 50 possibly by the end of the draft process. BUT many are sleeping on him, however if he tests well look for him like Nohl Williams to slide up the charts steadily until draft day... Julian Neal - Outside CB from Arkansas by way of Fresno State 6'2' 208lbs This razorback has been IMPRESSIVE all year. Betting on himself in the transfer from Fresno St to the likes of the SEC is a risk many DBs would cower from, not Neal....just like he doesn't shy from tackling, he was up for this challenge as well. This young man has been not just good at times, but consistently good almost perfectly throughout the entire year...Miss State matchup was the only one he struggled in. But he's seen the likes of Texas A&M, Notre Dame, Memphis, Auburn and LSU and come out the better side of his matchups. Neal is a sudden and explosive athlete using his that to his advantage and his size to mitigate any chance of a long foot race, which is something some worry he isn't the fastest guy at but I don't see a slow CB personally - fact is if he can continue to use his size, length and short range speed/agility to his benefit and the growth of his footwork even more I do think he can make it as a starting outside CB for sure. Keep an eye on him, so long as he doesn't illustrate terrible testing this dude could be a guy we nab in the second round in a draft without any first round picks.
