Is it that the same scouting staff who keeps finding these All-Pros on offense are so consistently and completely incapable of evaluating defensive talent -  or is it that once they get here, the defensive coaches don't know how to coach them up? It's just hard to believe that the personnel departments that have produced such dynamic, dominant offenses could so often fail to deliver with the defensive players they were bringing on board. Something about that discrepancy just fails to add up.</blockquote>
