There should be a financial kickback at several thresholds if a player misses significant time. I have no problem paying them 100% of that contract if they play 70%+ of snaps year to date. If it’s below that then a players total compensation should be 75%. If they can’t stay on the field for 50%+ of total snaps year to date their current paycheck should be no higher than a 60% salary rate.Either that or make 40% of their contract tied to per game availability</blockquote>
