Wasn't considered a marquee signing by any stretch, 1 year 3.5m contract. That's not all they've done but I'll be brief. In 2023 the Eagles were 29th in Defensive DVOA. This season they were 1st. New DC and proper talent identification/drafting has completely turned their defense around in a massive way.For 2025 our total defensive spending is at roughly 133m. Philly is spending ~93m. Now admittedly our defense made some big improvements in a lot of ways with Hafley but IMO we still have too many early investments that we aren't getting near the return from that we should expect.</blockquote>
