C'mon, really? Favre ****ed them around for the last 3 years waffling when asked about retiring. Then in his final classless act he strung them along without an answer right before training camp. That's dishonourable but I'm not a Favre jock sniffer.
We had a dud of a second half. All I'm suggesting is we had opportunities in certain down and distance situations to bring in Willis for a play. The Bears defense would have to adjust and Malik's mobility and running ability would have caused problems. Not taking away from Love but we sucked in...
This guy had one of the better running QBs in the league and didn't script a play or three for him against the Bears? He's so innovative! Please. Not even a tackle eligible play all year. Too predictable, run right into the heart of the D-line and blow a down. I'm not impressed. Poor game/click...
If Willis is active and Matt doesn't have some plays for him in certain down and distances, he has to go! What more do we have to see? The guy is a weapon. Put Love and Willis in the backfield at the same time, run some RPOs, something.
So we've seen Willis pose problems for teams especially when they aren't prepared for him. Would there be any down and distance situations in the first playoff game where Matt would use him? If not, why not, what's to lose?
