Well, if we would have declined the penalty, the 2 point conversion would have counted. Celek caught the ball with two feet in bounds...problem is, he went out of bounds first, which by rule, is a 5 yard penalty and re-try. Had he not caught the ball in bounds, the Packers could have declined...

I haven't posted here in God knows forever but I just had to when reading this thread. Playcalling is great when it is EXECUTED. When it's not executed, it looks like a horrible play call. Sorry, but this is a huge point of contention with me is when people talk about playcalling...

In my opinion, Brett's in the wrong here 100%. The Packers shouldn't have to wait until Brett decides what to do before they move on. This is a "snooze you lose" league and the Packers were smart enough to realize that. Brett should have known when he stepped to the mike and said "it's over"...
