Can we discuss the CURRENT running backs?

Brandon Jackson I think Jackson is just an 'ok' running back. As far as stats go it is hard to just go by YPC. I website I really like for more intelligent stats is footballoutsiders.com They have Bjax ranked 31st among all active running backs. They show him as an average "replacement level"...

    Should They Pull the Trigger?

There may be some serviceable free agent CBs out there to fill out our depth at that position. One that I saw today is Brandon McDonald of the Browns who was a starter for most of his 3 years there. Might be a good pick up. Not bad stats, got 5 INT's in 2008!

    Cole Signed today

Only a one year deal? I thought they would lock him down for 3. He's only 26.

    Mike McCarthy loves Morency

Of course. Every team has at least three RBs on the active roster. Personally i like what Morency and Herron can do, and I also think splitting carries between 2 running backs is the way to go. It keeps them both more fresh, and when one goes down it isn't quite the emergency that it can be when...

    Counting on Fergie?

Ferguson is not a bad receiver. He's not as good as Jennings or Koren Robinson, but I think he'll get some playing time this year, but who knows which of these three receivers will get the #2 spot. It will be up for grabs until one of our guys steps it up. I'm betting on Robinson to be the guy...
