Hi All.....just joined on here. I have to say I am still dealing with this. I live in the Inland Northwest and it is damn hard to be a PACK fan up here with all the Seahawk fans. I had heard it all week leading up to the game. They were so cocky and arrogant and you would have thought they were already AT the Super Bowl. I watched the game by myself with the hubby as I could not bear to be around anyone. I was devastated. Utterly and totally disappointed. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. And it wasn't just ***ONE**** thing, it was that series of failures that caused our demise. Post Sunday and I am venturing out today to walk amongst the Seahawks (or as we call them up here Seasucks) fans. It won't be pretty to be reminded of what we lost. EVERY newscast spends the first 10 minutes talking about the game and saying how to get to Phoenix, and oh, yes, where to buy all the shirts and memorabilia. Constant in my face that they won. Ugh.... This is going to take awhile to get over. In all my years being a Pack fan, no loss has ever affected me like this one did. (And by the way, a little known factoid from UP HERE.... over 200 fair weather Seasuck fans left with 5 minutes to go and were not allowed back in the stadium). Like that would EVER happen in Lambeau!!!
