This whole "grow a pair" rhetoric just shows how emotional and irrational some have acted toward the Rodgers situation. The "ability to be objective" ship has long sailed unfortunately. Can't even be level headed about it at this point. He literally said it had nothing to do with Jordan Love. It's fine if your opinion is that it did have something to do with it, but your post suggests that he implied that it was in fact about the draft selection which is without foundation. If you really think it was about Jordan Love, what better way to "grow a pair" than to go out and win the MF'ing MVP of the league. I'd say that's the kind of response that shows you have a set on you. Old news isn't him going to the team and saying he wanted to have a voice in the room. Old news isn't him claiming that the team wouldn't commit to him beyond the 2021 season after winning the MVP. You're selectively using puzzle pieces that fit your narrative. I promise if you would put yourself in Rodgers' situation, you wouldn't want to work for an employer that only guaranteed you a single more year of employment after winning employee of the year. But because "they make millions I have no sympathy", somehow it's immaterial. Telling another man to grow a pair when he's arguably doing his particular job better than any other human being on the planet is interesting though.
