Even in those defamation actions, keep in mind Jones was a "public figure" which would raise the burden of proof for him. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma'">Finally, I typed, said, alleged, proposed that the issue of Jones' health was an excuse, therefore inferring he was a jerk, which has nothing to do with any medical problem he may have had or has.
