He hit 15 of 28 field goals and 19 of 21 extra points.</p><p></p><p>Livingston's 14-yard field goal with 3:39 left in the fourth quarter lifted Green Bay to a 22-20 victory over the Chargers in San Diego on Oct. 12, 1970, the Packers' first "Monday Night" game.</p><p></p><p>Livingston was a teacher and coach in Freedom schools after his NFL career ended.
