IMO ......Hang on a sec with all the tough love for the Chiefs, Please! YES The Chiefs were PUMPED for this game,. Their season was shot long before today. This was their Super Bowl. As for KC being anything other than a bottom tier team ...Not a chance! Every team in the NFL has good athletes. The better teams get them to perform better, together. over the long run. Period. A week ago, Chris Gocong of the Cleveland Browns spear-headed a Cleveland goal-line stand, stopping the Steelers 4 times from within the 5 yard line. Does that mean Cleveland is a better team during the course of the season...NO WAY! KC's offense STINKS. They're near the bottom in scoring for a a reason. THEY'RE JUST NOT GOOD! TODAY.. THEY WANTED THIS GAME MORE THAN THE PACKERS. They performed. THEY WON. The Packers were FLAT ALL DAY. The Pack played "with great lethargy". THEY LOST. ARE THE CHIEFS BETTER THAN THE PACK ?---- NOOOOO. DID KC PLAY BETTER TODAY? ====YES. Lesson: Regardless of expectations, the league makes the teams play the games for a reason. The better team has got to DO it on the field. I have got to believe the Pack is having this loss burn in their brains, just as this loss was burnt into their hides by the Chiefs. I don't think the Pack is going to overlook any team in the foreseeable future....
