I am in no way saying he can't play but there is a reason Shelton and Williams are ranked so much higher and going to both end up going Top 10. Williams, for my money, is as good as Suh and could get after the QB like a witch if he were asked to. He played the 2 gap at USC and was usually asked to stop the run and keep the LB's clean and free to make plays. He has a phenomenal work ethic and if he were asked to primarily get after the QB I see no reason he couldn't be a perennial double digit sack guy. [QUOTE="SoonerPack, post: 608232, member: 9838"] At the end of the day the sacks just weren't there and that will hurt him. Williams is on another level and IMO shouldn't even be in this discussion. Stats are great but can also be deceiving. Game tape is my biggest ally when evaluating guys and an argument could easily be made that he should be the top pick in the draft. This argument is a perfect example of why the draft is just so damn fun! Subjectivity. Guy A likes this guy and doesn't think so much about the other while Guy B is standing on the hill screaming for everyone to respect and value the player who many feel is decent but not great. How many times did you see him play? What stats are more important to YOU or should I say which stats do we cherrypick to make our argument more valid is the real question...we are all guilty of it! :) I am not taking sides on this one rather throwing my undying belief in LW out there to state that he is a beast and clearly ahead of the 2 others involved in this discussion. If Jarrett ends up being Mike Daniels 2.0 then kudos to him and whichever team gets him will be more than pleased. Also, WIMM will have to tip his hat to you for the prediction.
