You're absolutely right Inc...MM can't see the big picture in any game because he's trying to call every play, and he doesn't do that very well. The team has played well at times considering all the injuries, but imagine if they had a full time O=Coordinater. The defense has been awesome, but...

I think it's because McCarthy has his head in the sand...like I said, he can't see the whole game when he's looking for the next "wrong" play to call.

The bottom line, is that even with all the injuries, the Packers are good enough to win. They need a coach who can get them to perform on Sunday. They need someone at the helm who sees the big picture. They need someone who has the sense to see that he can't bury his head in a play list and...

The Pack played like a high school team today, and McCarthy looks like a rank amateur. The Lions deserved to win, though I think anyone could have beat McCarthy today.

I couldn't agree more. I get so tired week after week, of seeing McCarthy run stupid plays that are ineffective in any given situation. The Offensive line is terrible, the running game sucks, and when McCarthy does let Rogers pass, he throws that stupid sideline crap down the line of...

Well it was ugly, but a win is a win. I still don't like the play calling. I mean, when it's 2nd and 13 why is Rogers throwing a quick "out", instead of down the field? Why do they waste 1st and 2nd downs and have to try to convert 3rd and long all the time. Why is there not a balance...

I agree we need to run the ball ALOT more, but I think someone needs to design some running plays that could be effective. We're not going to gain any yards running into the back of the offensive line. They need to create alleys for the RB to get through, otherwise the best we can hope for is...

Play calling I can't help after watching every game I can this year, so far, that aside from injuries the play calling sucks. I think it's too tough for McCarthy to handle. He should have an offensive coordinator and stop trying to do the job himself. He's no good at it.

McCarthey is responsible for the team, that includes the defense and preparing every week. Considering the terrible start, and the rotten defense today, I'd say he took the first game for granted.

Another disappointment Regardless of the reason, it's another disappointing end to an otherwise solid season. McCarthey needs to hit the bricks.
