Shariff Floyd, one of the Vkings starting DT's, had minor knee surgery today (cartlidge cleanup) and will probably miss a few weeks.

Lions DE Ziggy Ansah suffered a high ankle sprain on Sunday and it would appear him and RB Amer Abdullah will be out this week.

If you followed training camp practice reports you would know that Mortell's hang time was poor. It was constantly lower than Masthay's and would have produced more return yards against our special teams. I'm not saying Schum is the answer, but don't believe Mortell would have been an upgrade.

Presley cleared waivers today. No team claimed him increasing the chance the Packers may resign him after the Vikings game. Presley was interviewed and is still in Green Bay. He is expecting to be resigned by the Packers next week.

WR Geronimo Allison has been added to the Packers practice squad per Tom Siverstein. RB Brandon Burks has been cut and is not expected to be added to the practice squad.

Really like the Pressley signing. He has legit 4.38 speed and return abilities. Also, Geronimo Allison cleared waivers so hopefully we can sign him to the practice squad along with Carl Bradford. Edit - Per Ryan Wood, Carl Bradford has been added to the Packers practice squad.
