Granted they are better than what we have but they (Wahle & Rivera) are not the solution to the problem. As distasteful as it sounds, we take our lumps this season, move up through the draft, and let Green go if he wants more money. Remember that we got him for Fred Vinson, a bargain by any stretch of the imagination. If Favre retires in the meantime we fall further back and take his cap hit as well. Our window of opportunity closed with 4th and 26 or not going for it on 4th down 2 years ago in Philly. My hope is that Favre stays, we draft an impact player, Javon comes back healthy and the defense solidifies enough to make one more run. Not asking for much am I?</p></blockquote><p></p>
