I've just found this site called Advanced NFL Stats which does something called "Win Probability Graphs". It's basically two team's chances of winning plotted over time during a game. Pretty simple, but also interesting to see. Here are some notable games:

New England-Buffalo

Denver-Miami (The "Tebowmania" game)

San Diego-New York Jets

There's more on the website itself. Just follow the link and click on the boxscores and you'll see them.

Nice! I especially like the San Diego - Jets graph. The bolts can't finish teams off even though they were favored THE ENTIRE game. :poop:

Those graphs with the yellow lines are each play of the game..

I at 1st thought those graphs were predicting the winner before the game was played..

But there is something like that but just little harder to read, and find it...I had Bears vs Tampa "prediction" but cant find it now lol
