Probably so. Not a betting man but I'd say our O/U for wins is probably something like 9.5 and around that ballpark most likely gets you in.

Yes. There's too much talent on this 2025 team to flop.
Love (or Willis) can put the ball in these playmakers' hands: Kraft, Musgrave, Jacobs, Lloyd, Wilson, Doubs, Reed, Golden, S. Wiliams, Watson, or Wicks.
The D is pretty stacked with: Clark, Wyatt, Stackhouse, Walker, Cooper, Hopper, McDuffie, Gary, LVN, Enagbare, Cox, Nixon. McKinney, Williams, Hobbs, & Valentine.
12-5, win the NFC North, and overall good health.

Barring major injuries to Love and multiple others like McKinney, Jacobs, and/or one of our offensive tackles, we should have a good shot at getting in as a wild card entry.

I don't see enough depth on our roster to carry us past too much in the line of injuries. I'm not going to count on Willis being able to produce the results he did last year in an emergency but hope he's capable of repeating it. Although I have high hopes for Lloyd if anything happens to Jacobs, he seems to be injury prone. I don't trust our CB room so we might be facing some uphill battles late in games.

Semi-optimistic we can make it into the second round of the playoffs. Beyond that, we're doing better than I thought possible with the depth problems I see.

I think the NFC North is going to be really tough again and really anyone can win the division. I’m not sold on the Bears yet but they have a lot of talent and could be close depending on coaching. The Vikings could be 6-11 or 11-6 it all depends on JJ The lions I think finally regresses a little with losses of both coordinators and two starters on oline but they are still the team to beat. As far as us go I feel like we are in the same boat as Minnesota we could go 11-6 or 6-11 but I feel like we will be around the 8-9,9-8,10-7 win mark their schedule is brutal for 3rd place standing last year. They need to start out 5-2 4-3 bare minimum to make the playoffs in my opinion. I think we are looking at a wild card spot again. I think if lafleur struggles to beat good teams or struggles in the division he might be in some hot water. Week 1 is a Massive game. I’m concerned with all the injuries we will be rusty and we seem to struggle week 1 over the years but if they can win that game they set the tone and they have to feel good about their chances at the division.

What's your educated guess of The Packers making the play this year??

No Problem?
Maybe?
Not so much?
Not so much. A month ago I would say probably so. The league has gotten stronger. The schedule is brutal. But you're telling me there's a chance!

Good chance that we'll make the playoffs again. We are a pretty good team but aren't a complete team though. We will not win the SB due to lack of top talent at DE, CB, and WR.

I think the whole division could go 11-6 or 6-11 or there abouts. Injuries and QB play....kinda like every year....will determine the outcome.

Could come down to the coaches and game planning down the stretch.

Anything is possible. Although I have a hard time believing that the Packers would drop 5 games off 2024. Top 6 scoring D and top 8 scoring O mostly intact. It would have to be catastrophic injuries across the board or Love is out etc.. We’re legit built like a 11-12 Win team only because our schedule is difficult. Otherwise in an average season this is a 13 Win team imo.

The biggest unknown is the Vikings.
A 1st year starting QB is likely to one of two directions. Best case they stay similar to last year area, that’s their ceiling. Worst case is JJ struggles and they Win 6-8 games area. The rest of the team is pretty well intact off a 14 Win season.

Chicago just has too many talented athletes to stay at 5 Wins. Comfortably I see your floor around 8 Wins, with a chance to shine around 10-11 Wins. That would be amazing for a team with such struggles last season.

Detroit is really the only team that actually regressed on talent. They lost not 1, but 2 very good starting OL. OL has been a big part of their success recently in their formula for a #1 rated Offense. I suspect they won’t be #1 this year, but will regress more into that 29-30pts/gm area (#5-6 etc)

It’s doubtful we see any North team log 15 Wins like 2025. I think the Division Winner will be
13-4
12-5
10-7
8-9

I don't know what's on television in the Green Bay market but here in Kentucky the Bears and Bills will be on Sunday night at 8 o'clock and the news is that Caleb will play and I'd imagine he'll play the whole half so we will all be able to get a good look at my guy and da offense and I'm excited to see our first string defense against arguably the best quarterback in the league.... I know some would take Joe Burrow or Patrick Mahomes, but Josh Allen is definitely in the conversation....and I will give updates like I did last time....... but the game on national broadcast then I will let everybody enjoy the game..... and seeing how my guy shines under the bright lights..... like fourth and 3 for 14 yards to Rome was pretty epic in January.

I know we root for different teams but come on we've started like 40 quarterbacks in da time that y'all have had three......we're effin due.

All right, quit bragging about all your quarterbacks! :)

I didn't know you lived in Kentucky. I feel less harshly toward you knowing you're not in Illinois. Ever been in Illinois? Wow, is it flat. I'm in Indiana.

By the way, I still think your avatar looks like the Bears C and the Packers G.

It will come down to coaching and game planning. And how to effectively use the back up players when starters go down. Part of the Vikings success has been winning close games. We have to get better at that. Crunch time is what separates the top tier and middle tier teams. In 2024 we were 5-5 in one score games. That includes 2 walkoff FGs and a blocked FG. Each player has to know exactly what has to be done.
A classic example of crunch time was the 2014 win over Brady and the Pats. A crucial 3rd down Brady sack forcing a long FG attempt. A short 3rd down pass to Randall Cobb to ice the game and kneel.
And in that 2014 Cowboy playoff game after the Dez Bryant bobble Rodgers took the team across midfield and completed a 3rd down tipped pass to Cobb to ice that one.
