That's not at all what I said, and you completely missed my point. It's also obvious you're completely ignorant of the facts surrounding the Stallworth case, so I'll type slowly so you can get it: The evidence proved the accident would have happened to even the most stone-sober driver under those circumstances. There it is, black and white, end of story, discussion over. The rest is irrelevant, and trying to spin it any other way is flat out ignorant.
