As for Banks, I agree with the philosophy that he benefited from the guys who played beside him. They made his game look better than it was. Zach Tom is the real deal. I see him as a lot like Jim Otto, who was the Raiders center for a long time, out of Wausau. Otto was undersized but played like a guy 40 to 50# heavier. I believe he weighed about 240#, even though they said he weighed more. Guys like Otto and Tom not only play the game physically but smart.</p></blockquote><p></p>
