Well worth the rental. I don't know the actors name but he was very good. I watched an interview of the actual guy the movie was about on youtube, he said the movie took him back though the ordeal, which is based on his recollection of the event. High quality camera work. We watched it twice.

Last May over Mother's Day weekend I went to a small town in Iowa for a funeral. My brother and I had time so we went to see IronMan2. A large tub of popcorn, two large sodas, a basket of fries, and movie tickets cost us less than $20 total. According to my relatives that lived there, that is normal pricing, not any special. The movie was only out for a few days so it wasn't like it was a budget cinema run by any means. Almost worth the 5 hour drive on any weekend just for the movie prices.

Watched Hangover 2 last night. Great film, almost as good as the 1st. A little more violent than the first.

The last one was African Cats and I loved it so much! Roar!

Next on the list are Hangover 2, maybe Thor (if I can talk my roomie into seeing with me), and Kung Fu Panda.

Normally I would agree with you. But with gas @ $3.50 a gallon probably not anymore.

Watched GI Joe last night on netflix.

In Brazil gas is R$ 2.5 per liter. Quick conversion 1 gallon has 3.8l. Now reais to dollar. U$ 1.56 dollars per liter.

Round U$ 6 per gallon in here. Yep...

Wow, thought I clicked into the MOVIE thread and I see gasoline talk?

I just saw the Hangover 2 today, and give it a solid A-/A.
It was very similar stuff to the first one, which is good because it's funny.
It's just not as funny when it's already been kinda done. These things were unique, but still, can't beat that original.

Now, the first one was VEGAS. This second was BANGKOK. I've been to both cities. Perfect cities for 1 and 2.
Now, I am ready for more.... part 3. What city?

    My rankings:
#1- Rio De Janeiro, and do it during Carnival!
#2- Pampalon, during Running of the Bulls
    #3- Amsterdam

am I the only one on here that thinks both hangovers are overrated?

3rd city should be rio or amsterdam

Yes. The first is one of the best comedies I've ever seen, if not the best.

Cheech and Chong up in smoke > all those.

Coming to america is awesome, so are old school , animal house and eurotrip. But The Hangover is better.

Zoolander and Tropical Thunder are awful movies. Ben Stiller is funny (not like his dad) but those are awful movies. And rush hour? Home alone? Cmon...
