    Going with breakfast today:
Home raised and processed sausage patties, fried potatoes from the garden, eggs so freshly laid they were still steaming in the cool damp air, and toast with homemade raspberry jam.

I`ve just made a Gurkha lamb curry for my evening meal. I usually enjoy my curries, but THIS one was out of this world. Now enjoying a cold beer. After the ear infection, life is good again ;)

I was actually going to recommend a recipe which I cooked tonight. If you like hot spicy food, this was awesome ;). It`s called Gurkha curry......its from Nepal. Delicious

Grilling meats & vegetables is big on this side of the pond. Many do like hot/spicey, some like sweet/sour, and some prefer to go au-natural. The marinades, sauces, glazes, and spice rubs are a festival of variety as different as the potato salads at a church social. I like to use aluminum foil to wrap and seal in natural flavors. My brother has a rotisserie for his large grill, that's a whole cookbook by itself.

Yum, sounds very good, except mushrooms. I just dont like them since I was a little boy, dont know why. Hawaiian pizza sounds strange, did it come with pineapple ?
