A husband walks into Victoria's Secret to purchase some sheer lingerie for his wife. He is shown several possibilities that range from $250 to $500 in price, the more sheer, the higher the price. He opts for the most sheer item, pays the $500 and takes the lingerie home.
He presents it to his wife and asks her to go upstairs, put it on and model it for him.

Upstairs, the wife thinks, "I have an idea. It's so sheer that it might as well be nothing. I won't put it on, but I'll do the modeling naked, return it tomorrow and keep the $500 refund for myself."

So she appears naked on the balcony and strikes a pose.

Her husband says, "Good Lord! You'd think that for $500, they'd at least iron it!"

    He never heard the shot.

    Funeral on Friday.

SPEAKING OF BEER......... I have an unopened 6 pack of Cheesehead Beer that I brought back with me from Milwaukee several years ago. Now, the question is....should I drink the stuff to drown my sorrows from the Packers and our fires out here, or should I save it and put it on e-bay when the Pack wins the Super Bowl?

Anybody out there ever had the stuff, and is it any good? Or should I sluff it off on people I don't like???

I can't imagine it would be good still, I would see if it would be worth anything on eBay!

But MontanaBob said that the option was to save it for the ebay sale when the Packers win the Superbowl again.
It will be ancient, probably have to be carbon dated to check the age . We will all be dead and gone by then.

I never had the stuff.........but i would be willing to bet it was bad when they canned it! Like the old "Billy Beer" that was made for Carter's drunken brother. That stuff was skunky when it was put in the can.
What brewery put out "Cheesehead Beer?"

Hmmm.....SOMEWHERE on this site SOMEONE said something about us Packer fans living in the "recent past". Hey, THIS year is what matters now!
Like ND said "Wow...2 dates in Vikings history...wow."
Hey.....i also remember a Monday night game in overtime where Antonio Freeman caught a ball off his back and ran into the endzone beating the Vikings!............of course that ALSO doesn't help us win this year. But it IS a fond memory!

Ah Cheesey, my misgiuded green/yellow compadre, you must be getting old. your "recent" memory is fading :D
If you wiil put on your bifocals and re-read the post, that SOMEONE stated "living in the distant past"

You had better be careful, or by next Easter you will be able to hide your own Easter Eggs!!!!!!!!!!

(I'm still finding the ones from LAST year!!!)
You are right, your whole quote was "Your recent past, present, and near future look very bleak indeed !"
Now......unless you are psychic, you don't KNOW that our present or near future is any more bleak then the Vikings! Even your "recent past" stunk! At least WE have a RECENT past to enjoy! (We don't have to go back 30 years JUST to see "our" last appearance in a Super Bowl! And how many years do you have to go back to see the last time the Vikings WON a Super Bow.........uh......nere mind again!)

Uh oh.........this is turning into "smack!!!" (But good natured smack! )

Capitol Brewery put out the beer. The stuff I have was bottled in 2002. I just might use it in case the fires here get close to our house again. Drink it, then pee on the fires! :D
