from Favre we can not compete with upper echelon teams right now.
We are simply to young...Oline, to weak....Dline, or to stupid....secondary to compete with playoff teams.
The Packers have a long ways to go, obviously, but I wouldn't say that Favre needs to have a grade A game for them to win. He played poorly against the Rams, and the Packers were in it right till the end. In this game, not only was he below grade A, he was below grade B or C. He was a D at best, maybe an F. I think he was bothered by the strained groin or the bum ankle, or both. What was real scary was how bad Rodgers looked.
Re: Well this proves one thing..........Without a grade A ga
Watching Rodgers reminds me of why I wanted him to get some minutes during the year. The coaches didn't want to do it so he looked like crap today. I wonder what the hell anyone expected.
Come back and beat Seattle next week then you'll hear it again. Realistically we'll probably win 7 or 8 games at tops but if you look at the schedule, you can't help but be optimistic. Though if the Pack lose next week then it's officially over for the playoffs.
