Message: <blockquote data-quote="gbgary" data-source="post: 895242" data-attributes="member: 12445">no...i've changed my mind on the "overachieving like last year." a lot of football has been played since i said that on nov 18 just before the colt debacle. as i've said since game one the O is much better. we all saw the D struggle this year until a few weeks ago when Z (and a couple of others) had their talk with Pettine. since "the talk" they as a whole, and certain individual players, have elevated their game. savage, amos, kirksey (since his move to Will), and barnes (permanently inserted at the Mike), have made a huge difference in the overall defensive product. that's the middle of the D. i think the team is now what we think they are. they're legit. can they win a SB? yes. there isn't a juggernaut out there. everyone has flaws. they have the best record of all the playoff teams vs playoff teams at 5-2. now if they can only do something about the soft coverage on short yardage. lol. letting teams sustain drives like that is bad for business. it keeps our unstoppable O (except by the Packers themselves) off the field.</blockquote>
