Sure, they changed it so he was a Jet on the cover, but I believe that the curse had a hand in the '08 Packers offseason because the moment he unretired and considered playing for the Vikings, the Favre we knew as a Packer was gone. I don't think that's the prime reason he did so, but I believe that was a factor. Sure, he had his career year exactly one year later, but he did so as a Viking, the Packers' arch rival.</blockquote>
