ha ha ha..... at least they know who should be there. Does that mean that they would "throw" the games vs us that season to help us get there so they can host us?

Word is that Minneapolis was awarded their bid.

At least I could ride the lightrail down to the game. I'm not dealing with flipped cars or burning logs tossed under the bathrooms!

I don't know your source Poppa San, but according to this article the two closest teams to the Super Bowl were the 49ers playing in Stanford Stadium for SB XIX and the Raiders playing in San Diego for SB XXXVII.

forgot about the Stanford SB. San Diego looks to be a bit of a haul from Oakland but not an all day drive.

This is the only way those Minnesota fans will ever win a Super Bowl.

Hell, they haven't even been to one since I believe 1975.
