    I saw it.

im kind of embarassed. didn't see much life or creativity out of our guys. I know it didn't mean anything but it would have been nice to see some effort in the players.

but the game did seem to have a nice atmosphere

Soccer just barely makes it onto Sportscenter. I dont think it would even make it at all if it werent for the cultural reach that is "ESPN Deportes".

I have watched many soccer games when the World Cup is on and find it very interesting. Still not sure of all the rules and strategy though.

Who are you picking for Euro Mortfini?

I'm liking my Azzurri now that Donadoni included Cassano.

Surely Spain are going o finally show up at a tournament!!!

Evey time they always fail to impress.

Now if the mighty Mikel Arteta was playing for them all the other teams might as welll not bother turning up.

A friendly in relation to an international soccer match is when two countries play each other with nothing at stake.

I.e. not a tournament qualifying match or a tournament group match (World cup, euro championships).

A bit like an NFL pre-season match. You give as many players a game as allowed under the rules just to see if they can cut it in the big time.

Also and this is the most important point.

    IT'S A CASH COW!!!!!!!!!!!
