I don't envision him ever being an All-Pro and there will be times against the elite of the elite he might suffer....but then again no rookie won't...and that's only if he plays year 1. If you told me you can leave the draft with just one offensive lineman, Parker is my pick because he's likely going to take your third or your fourth, but will offer immense upside and depth or a guy that I think could handle starting week1 if needed - immense value relative to the pick used to take him.
Someone asked me to expand upon the other post and just list all of the biggest disagreements I have...and some other things (suspect they question if I actually build a board). So here are, at least currently, from my top 150 big board vs the consensus big board any player disagreement of greater than 10 slots either up or down: *Yes since writing that one thread the other day of offering up 5 guys I've refined my big board more and a few guys slid up or down just slightly from that group of 5. Few of the biggest: QBs...I hate this class personally. Love Mendoza the man, think he's going to be potentially an elite Alex Smith or high level Tannehill level guy but I don't see this bet all my chips on QB in him...and no one else excites me at all. Aamil Wagner OT from Notre Dame is the biggest swing in slot differences with me having him 79 higher than consensus. I see Wagner as an excellent early Day 3 guy that I think could come in and play RT for a team if needed, but has the athleticism and strength to slide into a guard position as well if needed. Drafting him could provide your swing tackle OR your reserve guard if we decided to slide Belton out to tackle if ever the need presented. I see Wagner as a starter in the league during his rookie contract unless he gets stuck behind just some stud of a OL and simply cannot break through. Eli Stowers TE from Vandy - honestly he might still be ranked too high for me, but he is just so dang lethal in what he does well that all the glaring holes in being a complete TE simply make it impossible for me to personally see value in him till the third. Sam Roush TE from Stanford is the exact opposite, he can be a receiving threat but also is a high high level blocking TE with football smarts and excellent athleticism to go along with it.
