What Packer was involved in the lawsuit that petitioned the NFL for free agency?

(this is probably too easy...)

You are right it is easy, but I will lay off until later today to give younger posters an opportunity to ponder.

I have no idea, but I'll take a stab at it anyway. I'm too young to know this for sure, but I'll guess James Lofton. I understand that he was really good and maybe he wanted to get out of Green Bay because he wanted to be on a winning team. I know he went to the Raiders and Bills after he left the Packers. So.... is it James Lofton?

It is obvious guys.

Did not free agency begin in Ninety-Two.

Because he was one of the plaintiffs, his former team was not permitted to "Tag" him. He was not a Packer at the time of the suit. What a troublemaker!!

Ah, ok. I get it now. :D

He became a Packer because of free agency. Now I know exactly who it is. 8)

Everyone's had some good guesses so far...

Whoa, I was convinced it was Reggie.

Now I have no idea. And it's definitely not Brett Favre.

Great question, it had me stumped, how about this one.

Who was the first "PLAYER" to win 4 Superbowl rings?

This probably won't last long with the knowledgable fans on this forum.
