However, as far as talent goes, I would say NIL isn't improving players, if anything it might do the opposite.  A freshman all of a sudden has a million dollars.  Does this make him more/less/same competitive and eager to advance to that next level?  My answer is all of the above is possible, depending on the individual.I don't think the fact that NFL players are getting paid more money than they ever have, makes the 2024 player any better than the guy earning 90% less in the 80's.</blockquote>
