He was traded totally unexpectedly out of GB, which has to be difficult. However this is part of the sport. They get paid handsomely, but often deal with the emotional side of being traded or cut or benched or resigned or elevated or promoted etc….One thing I always liked about Douglas is he plays the player but then switches on a dime and plays the ball.  There’s an experience thing there that Nixon or Valentine haven’t quite achieved.  If we could do a Day3 pick swap (such as our 5th for Rasul and a 6th or 7th) I’d make the move.</blockquote>
