Few on here know that the #1 tight end ( I agree) Ron Kramer, won 9 varsity letters at the University of Michigan in 3 different sports! He was also captain of the football and the basketball team.

Kramer earned three letters each in football, basketball and track at Michigan and led the Wolverines in scoring for two seasons in football.
His No. 87 is one of just five numbers retired by the school in football. He played offensive and defensive end, running back, quarterback, kicker and receiver. He was agile enough with his 230 lb frame to compete in the high jump and throw the shot in track & field.


Those that ever saw him play have to agree he was, the best TE the Packers ever had.

still yet to have a killer TE imo. Seems like almost every other position we have had someone you could argue was top 10 all time.
