Fickell and his staff are going to have to put their salesman hats on again, the ones they wore when they took over last winter.  They will need to convince a variety of people; fans, players, financial backers, etc., that this is just part of the growing pains of getting better.  Barring a complete Jekyll and Mr Hyde turn around for their final games this season, the program will no doubt end its first year, in a very Fickelled....state.</blockquote>
