In fact, I don't believe Fickell is going to stay in GB more than about 4-5 years.

Well, that is just a teammate backing their QB.

I understand all of what was indicated here. Teammate having his QB's back. Visually different look by person watching him, and the jitters. New system, new coaches, wondering if he lost that internal swagger that makes a QB special. Then the original assessment, which pretty much sees it in perspective.
