It takes a minute and more like an hour when you have (by far) the youngest Offense leaguewide, then lose 3 of your oldest or most experienced veterans for a stretch of games.You go back to these QB comps and take out the 3 most experienced and the 2 highest paid players on each Offense and then pull a few Offensive Veterans and replace them with Rookies. Namely at TE and WR.Does anyone in here seriously think those comps would’ve performed the same? Then it’s not a CompBy the way these are not excuses. But when we go pricing our home for sale and argue our home should be priced the same as others, but the only thing that is similar is the homes are in the same zip code and each have a newer Roof and HVAC System, Kinda makes me think we’ve never heard of comps. You have to find ones that are similar age, sq footage, similar Bed/Baths, made with similar materials etc. I know we want our home to be worth more but “wanting it to be a comp” doesn’t “make it a comp”.These terrible comps remind me of these nursery rhymesIf it’s and but’s were candy and nuts we’d all have a good Christmas.If IF’s and And’s were pots n pans..you get the drift..</blockquote>
