Message: <blockquote data-quote="Pokerbrat2000" data-source="post: 1097865" data-attributes="member: 7261">Yeah, that was kind of a **** show.  Unfortunately, it was a repeat of something that seems to happen with the Brewers.  They get a really good pitcher on the ropes and they can't knock him out.  They needed a clutch hit/walk or 2 in the 1st or 2nd inning and Sasaki would have been pulled.  Instead, they eeked out only 3 runs and let Sasaki settle in and pitch through the 5th.  Sasaki wasn't finding the plate at all and the Brewer batters got over anxious and started swinging at balls.  I stopped watching the S-show when DL Hall basically ended the game by looking like a minor league pitcher.  I don't even want to watch the video on Jake Woodford "pitching" his 1.2 innings.  This is an area where not having the payroll that the Dodgers have hurts the Brewers.  They have guys like Hall and Woodford coming out of the Bullpen and way too often just get blown off the mound.</blockquote>
