... the bullied became the bullies!!!

Against the Chargers the Packers got slapped around, their lunch money taken and their mothers insulted and they failed to stand up and fight back. I wrote the most disappointing aspect of this first test was the lack of fight and spirit.

In contrast, against the Falcons the Packers came out slugging and refused to back down. This time it was the Pack who was the more aggressive and spirited team. Part of this can be attributed to being at home VS on the road, but it is essential for a young team to play with some attitude if they hope to compete.

Props to a nice step forward from week one to week two in the preseason games.

I'm thinking that maybe McCarthy can get this team fired up with some pep talks before the game, unlike Sherman who was soft as milk, and that's how his teams came out of the locker room to play--SOFT!

Bruce you couldn't have said it better. This team has lost that attitude over the past few seasons. Hopefully McCarthy can bring some of that back. It's more than just knowing the plays. Execution often times stems from attitude.

Theres a fire in the Green Bay Packers and with Sherman he not only did NOT find it he was pouring sand on it luckily Mike McCarthy has found that fire in week 2 of the preseason.

The bengals will present a solid challenge next week. i don't know if carson palmer is playing or not, i wish he was. be interesting to see if GB can create a pass rush from the front four on the defensive line
