    Policemen simply aren't prepared to make any kind of judgment. They should, as it happens in the other 49 states, and in every other democratic country in the world, only act if a warrant is given.

    I know it's a damn slow method, and that millions of illegal immigrants go unpunished, but it still beats harassment and tragedy due to abuse of power by policemen...
