GB could have used that money to go out and get a top QB like Brees or filled other spots and draft a young star like Leinart if they weren't obligated to Brett for past success. I think GB has done plenty in terms of putting the organization on hold so that he can chase records at a pedestrian performance level.Maybe that makes me "anti-Favre" but I just don't see Brett's production at the level of a player that should be demanding a trade because of the performance of management. And I think the lack of interest in trading for Brett by other teams would validate that if he did look for a deal.As I've said before, I doubt Favre or Thompson will be back in 08 and that may be the best for the Packers moving forward.</blockquote>
