ok, so you want them gone? say it.

All I want is for us to win football games, If the players you mention can help us do that, great. If not, I want someone else who can.

Who brought in or retained the talent on that playoff team?

Wolf -17% of the players(9).
Sherman -21% of the players(11).
They are the most talented.

Ted Thompson -62% of the team are his players and 100% of the coaching staff. 50% of the team are rookies or 2nd year players(27).

While we are forced to hope for the future, remember the past, grimace through the present.

Ted Thompson is responsible for the failures of the present and hopefully the success of the future. One outweighs the other. Which will it be?

This year yes it's TT's team. Last year it was mainly Sherman's guys with some of TT's and Wolf's guys. I wasn't expecting much this year. GB is in the middle of a youth movement. All teams go through one and most of the time the early results aren't pretty but in time things get much better. It's a wait and see if things will get better. I can't tell you the future and nobody can predict the future. As for right now it's going to be what it is. A lot of young guys learning how to play in the NFL and making the adjustments.

Packers lose to the Eagles in OT via Eagles FG.

That was the infamous 4th and 26 game.

I guess after all of this, we can put 4th and 26 to rest.

I love how everyone says the packers made the playoff because of a weak NFC north.... Guess what the NFC is still weak... What does that say about the packers? They are Last place in the weak NFC north.

I would love to agree with everyone with TT rebuilding but I can't see this team being good anytime soon. I hope I am wrong!!!

the bears are a legit SB contender(which hurts to say)

and the vikings are slowly improving

but the lions still kinda suck bad.

its not the weak NFC North of the past.

No, the Bears are just good because of the WEAK division they are in........isn't this the argument?

Then why did the Bears beat Tampa, Carolina and Atlanta last year?
All were supposed to be the best of the NFC.

No, the 2006 NFC North isn't a weak division(also not one of the strongest)....man you are really missing the points here. Thats not new

No wrong, sorry. The Bears are great because they beat 2 0-2 NFC North teams yet the Packers were not really that good when they did the same from 2000-2004?

you fail to see how hypocritical you sound when you say that the Packers under Sherman were not good even when they made the playoffs because the division was weak.

Then you change your argument to

"The Bears are great because they beat 2 0-2 NFC North teams"

I'm done with this argument. This pretty much says it all

As Bill Callahan would say...

We've got to be the dumbest fans in America in terms of talking about the game!

The Bears are looking for real this year. They seem to have a good offense going. I think it was 24 - 0 at half time. Grossman is looking pretty good. He's torched two teams defense's so far.

Chicago is legit. Minnesota is a wait and see right now. Grossman put up 4 TD's in the on a defense that held the top offense from a year ago to 9 points the previous week.

Make no mistake with the Bears. They are a very good team and will win a lot of games this year.
