We need an innovative, creative, play caller who can adjust to what the defense is trying to do on the fly. Can't afford to wait until half time or even after the game to make adjustments has to be in the moment.  loves to run uptempo and not afraid to throw in a trick play once or twice a game to keep the defense guessing.
