Yes it is.  Unless you dont get an offer you have the choice to take what they offer or go elsewhere for more money.  If you choose to leave fine, but dont say its not up to me.  Say "I'd like to stay but I'm going to go where they offer me the most money." At least be honest about it.</blockquote>
