I see the Chargers putting the franchise on him this year and he plays for them in 2005 under a one year contract. The Chargers will probably give Rivers some looks during the season next year and then decide who their long term QB is going to be. That would probably be the best thing for other teams interested in Brees. They would get to see if he was a one year wonder before investing too much in him.</p></blockquote><p></p>
