In fact, over the last 5 years, his stock has risen so much that he is the Executive Chef for a huge Super Bowl Party being held in New Orleans for the stars of the halftime show, and other dignitaries. It's a real extravaganza of food and culture in what he's presenting. He's a real hands-on Chef.
