Did anyone watch the Spurs/Suns Series? The first one was a great game, and I love the Spurs!

Yeah, I was hoping it would have been a more competitve series, but that first game was very entertaining. Since my Bulls have been out since December, I don't really care who wins. The media, hell David Stern, wants Celtics/Lakers and I admit that would be cool to see. I realize most of the people don't watch NBA on here, but I guarantee these playoffs will be great.

And I love the marketing the NBA has done, so the commercials are even cool!

up on the Whorenets by 4 at the half.

i kind of want the Hornets to win this series. i don't have anything against the Spurs (except for Bowen). they're just kinda boring to me, and they've gotten plenty of championships. the Hornets are young and on the come up, so it would be nice to see some new blood in the Western finals. regardless i'm a fan of any team that can dispatch the Lakers. ;)

I'm shocked the Hawks have taken the celtics to seven games. Watched the end of yesterday's game between the two and the hawks looked like the more experienced team for the most part.

I'd love to see the underdog win here.

didn't know the Hornets/Spurs series had started. Should be a good match-up. Chris Paul = NBA's Greg Jennings.

me too. but the Hawks get smashed up every time they go to Boston. taking the Celtics to 7 is a huge accomplishment though.

I haven't really cared about basketball since

    Detlef Schrempf-Sam Perkins-Shawn Kemp
    Hershey Hawkins-Gary Payton

ceased to exist as a starting lineup.

It has been kinda cool, however, to see a skinny kid from my next of the woods win a few MVPs. White men can't jump, but they can pass the **** out of the roundball!

I thought the Cleveland/Washington series was hilarious. The more trash Washington talked, the more LeBron owned them. They may have got their asses kicked, but they did win the "Al Harris" award for Most Trash Talk in a Losing Effort.

As a former CHARLOTTE Hornet fan... i cant handle watching them win a championship somewhere else. I hope they lose badly to the spurs. Especially after the NEW ORLEANS management almost destroyed the best mascot in sports. Super Hugo.

It isn't an issue of the sport for me. It is the fact I cannot watch my home states team in my home state. When the NBA corrects that fact, I will watch again.

Once the Milwaukee Bucks are done (which is usually the regular season end) I lose interest in basketball.
Obviously, it's been a LOOOONG time since I had anything to cheer about.
I don't even know what teams are still playing.

I'm the opposite. I usually don't care about basketball until the playoffs. I'll watch during the regular season (mainly the Mavericks because of familial ties), but I watch a ton of playoff games. I don't really have a favorite basketball team anymore, so I don't have the letdown of the end of the regular season. I do have a soft spot for the Bucks cause that's where I was born, but I don't really follow anyone in the NBA.
