That is the Brown County Courthouse in Green Bay, Bill. I recall when the NFL was shooting that footage - it gave the local press something to 'report'. It's always a slow news day in Green Bay. After all, there are only soooo many fund raiser motorcycle rides in the course of a normal weekend.
