Shareholders Meeting 2025

It's that time of the year. The Packers emailed out ballots for the Shareholders meeting in July. For those who don't have the opportunity to vote and/or see what owners get to vote upon, I have pasted in the two main voting pages from the five page letter they send. The other three pages are just fluff, talking about how to vote, when the meeting will be held, etc.

If anyone knows any of the Directors, we could hopefully have a civil discussion about who should and shouldn't be on the Board of Directors.

I've been a shareholder for more than 40 years. I haven't received my proxy ballot yet but it has to be forwarded up here when I stay at UWGB every summer. I won't be going. It was a lot more fun years ago when less than 100 attended before the stock sales in the 90s. Back then the meeting was held indoors at the Midway Motor Lodge (is that place still around?). I could actually visit with the GM or Board members before or after. It is a business meeting and back then everyone wore suits or dresses. After the meetings were moved to Lambeau Field I started to skip them after a couple of times.

The Directors are mainly successful business leaders from throughout the state and a couple of former players like LeRoy Butler. It looks like Johnny Gray must be a director emeritus. I don't ever recall anyone objecting to any Board nominee. I will probably vote by proxy via e- mail.
