Either we back the team to death..,. or we want to run from that disappointment hard, fast and far.While I fully understand that the grass isn’t greener on the other side, I also do know that approaching this season with similar intensity and commitment 99% chance will NOT work.while it is 100% Rodgers decision, he can’t blame the fans or organization for the frustration they feel.  #12 had given off various symbols and signs that’s he’s as frustrated as the rest of us.  However, HE needs to be a leader and do what LEADERS do. Take the F ing Bull by the horns!Many of us are trucked into thinking that Being a Winner is how many SB’s you rack up with top 8 Defense.I’m here to tell you that’s a lie!Being a Winner is getting knocked down and using that frustration and learning from it and turning it into passion for not allowing it to defeat you.I’ll say it again. I don’t believe Aaron Rodgers is fully committed. Im not talking about a few OTA’s I’m talking FULL throttle commitment.Now to be fair, Aaron is like a Good Pear tree that has not been given proper water and fertilizer. However we’re at a point that if the tree is going to produce it needs to be pruned. Pruning the tree means pruning your $contract$ to make a push to prove you are committed to your team. Putting your money where your mouth is the best way to show full tilt committed and then back it again this OffseasonWhile I believe #12 is a heck of an athlete, he leaves much to be desired as leader and a Winner. I’m not talking when the Wood is green. I’m talking when the storms of life toss him how will he respond?Will he be a Winner and a Leader?Or will he choose the easy and common way and fade into mediocrity. Myself I think he’s too weak to take a pay cut and swallow his pride. His pride is his biggest weakness.</blockquote>
